From the moment we arrived, staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. Definitely felt like they went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and we certainly did. It felt like home away from home. Overall clean and well kept facilities. Location is just right, not too far and not too close to everything. The room itself is decent, nothing to complain about. Wonderful wonderful service. People here have the best service, they greet us warmly, and provide us a temporary room to stay and rest when we arrived too early (like 6am in the morning). They have huge mango and pomegrante trees in the backyard, so we did pick up quite a few fresh mangoes to eat:)

We've stayed at NaNa Vida on two visits to Oaxaca and appreciate its gracious, helpful staff as well as its airy, spacious, and well-decorated rooms. The hotel is a ten-minute walk to the Zócalo in a quiet neighborhood and near excellent restaurants and craft shops.
