Aguas entancadas zona hamacas. Puertas ascensores sucias, en el bufé tienes que ir tu a por la bebida, mobiliario deteriorado. Poca informacion sobre el funcionamiento del hotel ( cuenta de crédito, ir por la bebida) gente fumando en la piscina con niños alrededor. Olor a marihuana en las habitaciones. No volvería

Experiência abaixo das expectativas

Estivemos hospedados neste hotel durante uma semana em regime de pensão completa. Apesar de alguns pontos positivos, a experiência ficou aquém do esperado, principalmente pelo preço pago. Pontos positivos: Boa localização e quarto com vista para o mar, embora próximo de uma grande refinaria. Piscina bem cuidada, muito apreciada pelas crianças. Bares e animação satisfatórios. Pontos a melhorar: Limpeza superficial, feita rapidamente, sem atenção a pó ou varrimento adequado. Camas pouco confortáveis para um hotel de 4 estrelas, prejudicando o descanso. Wi-Fi fraco e instável, impossibilitando o uso durante a estadia. Restaurante assador e buffet repetitivos, comida sem sabor e carnes sempre malpassadas. Presença de moscas, tornando a experiência desagradável. Check-in apressado e sem explicações, deixando-nos um pouco perdidos. Staff simpático, mas precisa melhorar a comunicação e apoio ao cliente. Hotel muito movimentado e barulhento, com filas frequentes no buffet. Encontrámos uma osga no quarto, o que causou bastante desconforto. No terceiro dia já queríamos ir embora e acabámos por sair antes do previsto. Apesar de alguns momentos agradáveis, como a piscina e a vista para o mar, a estadia ficou muito abaixo das expectativas. Com melhorias na limpeza, atendimento e qualidade das refeições, o hotel poderá oferecer um serviço mais próximo do padrão de 4 estrelas. Por agora, não tencionamos repetir.

Doy una nota muy baja por muchas razones,lo importante la limpieza es pesina,una de ella que es saluble es los vasos de plastico que solo le dan con agua en vez de reponerlos o lavarlos en lavavajillas,es decir pides algo te dan el vaso de otra persona acarreando posibles problemas de higiene,esto abría que denunciarlo a sanidad ,algunos camareros sobre todo el del comedor ,que por cierto no lleva la placa identificativa del nombre,tratando faltal a los clientes y sus mismos compañeros,parking caro 12 euros la noche,limpieza habitaciones no se hacen,sin poderte sentar en las amacad,masificación de personas al maximo,no vamos a volver ,al igual que varios clientes me lo han comentado,no recomiendo

A estadia foi uma boa experiência. Aproveito para realçar a comodidade e a limpeza encontradas. Do ponto de vista negativo, não posso deixar de mencionar as condições (é o primeiro hotel que conheço que no regime de meia pensão não tem incluídas as bebidas da refeição) e, sobretudo, a má organização relativamente às refeições (filas enormes mesmo respeitando sempre os horários de menor afluência).

Buen hotel para pasar unos días con la familia. El parque acuático muy bien, pero cierra pronto. La animación muy entretenida. Servicio rápido de los camareros en los restaurantes. Las comidas lo típico de los buffets, más de 5 días cansa. La comida de todo, unas cosas bien, otras regular. Repetitivo como en otros sitios. Cola para coger las comidas en vivo, para entrar a comer, para entrar al parque acuático... La gente pierde la educación para coger hamacas y las ocupa todo el día. Buena calidad precio.

Vimos que la gente habia pagado la.mitad de dinero que nosotros con mas gente , las dias, u todo incluido. No nos parece justo. Primer dia no nos pusieron la bedida que correspondia ( 1 botella de vino) y nos la cobraron. Comida muy repotitiva de baja calidad. Pero nomesta mal Habitacion bastante limpia y muy bien. Animacion de noches algo regulera ( por.lo menos durante nuestra estancia. Pero para ir con niños esta bastante aceptable
