Authentic and easy to reach. The location is on a walking distance to the center but not too close so it's nice and quiet. The room was clean and organized and had everything needed in it. The staff was especially friendly and can definitely recommend. Thank you!

We went as 4 people. The workers were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. The room was small. There was no parking included. It was hard to locate the hotel even using google maps. Overall, we were happy and plan to stay again.

I could not reach the hotel to stay. It was an impossible task. Middle of the old town and the navigation systems read the little alleyways as a street (they are marked as streets), I got stuck at one point, I Called the hotel, but they were not helpful at all. They did not put any signs to the narrow roads to show the hotel directions, it was a total disaster, it was an absolute nightmare. I would not recommend it to anyone. I had to give up and leave the old town area and find another hotel to go to. I called the hotel again to cancel it, but they said that could not be done., Terrible eperiance .

Konum olarak ara sokakta olan bir işletme. Temizlik 10/10. Biz 2 kişi konakladık ve çok memnun kaldık. Bahçesi olan , sahile yürüme mesafesi 10 dakika olan bir otel. Resepsiyondaki Ahmet Bey e güler yüzü için teşekkürler.

Çok mükemmel bi yer değildi temizlik çok iyi değildi Genel olarak fiyat performans denilebilir. Mutfağı yoktu odası küçüktü ve konak şeklinde olduğu için odalar dip dibeydi sesler çok duyuluyordu. Konum olarak biraz ara sokaklarda kalıyor. Gece 10dan sonra tenhaydı o yüzden eve geçerken bi tedirgin oluyorduk o ara sokaklardan bi sıkıntı çıkar mı diye. Ama Ayvalık merkeze 5dk yürüme mesafesinde o yönden bi kolaylığı da oldu bize. Zaten merkezdeki marinadan her yere ulaşım sağladık. Çok iyi diyemem temizliğini falan beğenmedim uygun diye gelinebilir ama başka tercihler varsa önce onlara şans verin derim.

Bi arkadaşımla standart odada kaldık. Çok temizdi. Çarşaflar güzel kokuyordu, banyoda iyiydi kısacası temizlikten hiçbir sıkıntı çekmedik. Konumu bulmak konusunda sıkıntı çekenler olmuş biz yaşamadık bu sıkıntıyı. Yalnız araba belki bi tık sıkıntı olabilir ama o da bütün ayvalığın problemi denilse abartılı olmaz. En muzdarip olduğum dertse gürültü oldu. Ses yalıtımını beğenmedim. Sabahın çok erken saatlerinde de gecenin en geç saatinde de diğer odalardaki sesi çok duyuyorsunuz kendi odanızdan. Ama fiyatı ve diğer hizmetleri de hesaba katarsam gayet iyi bi deneyimdi. Yeniden kalabilirim diye düşünüyorum.

Kendi evim gibiydi. Sadece aracınızı otelin önüne kadar getiremiyorsunuz. 150 m yürümeniz gerekiyor. Çarşıya yakın ve tarihi bir ev. Yani ahşap. Biz çok memnun kaldık..sadece balkonlara çamaşır kurutmak için askı yoktu ama ip istedim verdiler ve çözdük

Farkında olmadan yarı bodrum oda tutmuşuz. Bebekli aile olduğumuz için değiştirmek istedik, işletmeciler fark ücreti almadan istediğimiz odaya geçmemizde yardımcı oldular. Güleryüzlü ve yardımseverlerdi her konuda. Odalar temiz ve tertipliydi. Tek uyarmam gereken konu: otelin bulunduğu sokak araç girişine uygun değil, aracı biraz aşağıda park edip hafif yokuş çıkarak yaya olarak giriş yapabilirsiniz.
