Bel hotel avec du style - Problemes a regler

Tout nouveau etablissement affichant 4 etoiles en bord de mer. La deco et le style sont magnifiques. Personnel de la reception pros et sympas. Buffet souper et dejeuners tres corrects. Malheureusement lorsque nous prenons possession de notre chambre, le sol est sale....indigne du 4 etoiles affiche. La terrasse (chambre arriere), vue sur rien du tout ou le bric a brac des apparts voisins. L'ecoulement d'eau sale et stagnant en provenance de l'airco General. Quelques manques de finitions (fils elect. apparents).Enfin le manque de respect (Bruits, claquements de portes, beuveries d'une certaine clientele, meme la nuit.
