The motel's AV system is confusing and difficult to use. The same goes with AC system. The jaccuzi tub was not functional at stay. Management should look into how to make it's facility more user friendly.

櫃檯小姐態度親切 。 有房間需求櫃檯小姐都馬上處理。 這個價位和服務還有空間大小， 我覺得很棒了 。 很好的體驗～ 也可以帶寵物喔～加付清潔費這樣～ 離夜市也很近，推薦。

入住的時候發現冰箱有上一手留下來的手搖飲，泡澡的時間發現人造觀境後面的牆壁有兩隻活的小強。。。出門的時候請求打掃，過一小時回來沒有好，有多次詢問大約時間也無法告知，只說不介意的話可以進房等，等等再請人過來幫忙打掃，因為他們在趕晚上的。結果等一段時間也沒人過來需要多次致電催促，因為櫃檯有來電告知過先把車庫門打開15分鐘內會有人來清潔，但過了半小時還是沒有。兩位姐姐進來大概10分鐘左右就清潔好了。從5點左右出門要求，到7點多才有人來一下子就清好了。。。實在。。。而且這一個禮拜裡面只有一次主動問過需要打掃嗎。住7天6晚，兩款房型，要不是跟男友工作地方近，應該不會再來這家了，花快2萬台幣，這是我住過那麼多摩鐵最差的一間

入住前一天有致電查詢過可否提早進房。下午4點多到達時說現在客滿，如要提早進原本6點才能入住的房間只能以1080台幣購買2個小時，也稱沒有每個小時在賣。床鋪不乾淨，趴上去第一兩天覺得雙腿很癢，過敏紅腫。有大強，原本櫃檯問說要不要提早換到第二天比較大的房間，後來又說滿了，只派兩位清潔姐姐過來用衛生紙把阿強撿走，跟噴一下殺蟲劑還是消毒噴霧。

全家旅遊的話，建議一晚即可，因為房間沒有吊掛衣服的地方，手機充電的地方也沒有被考量與設計。
