Worst place I've ever stayed in Gaylord

This place is crap, no hot wat in room for shower, heat barely works, they didn't clean off side walk, pool was ice cold, no hot tub, the hallways were freezing, & when we left the hallways smelled like propane....it was crap need alot of clean up, paint, carpets scrubbed.

Under renovation

We didn't know the hotel was under renovation until after i booked us and our friends in 2 rooms. Our room was ok but our friends said theirs was obviously still in need of renovation. Bathroom was grungy, carpet faded. I would have chosen a different hotel had i known.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. Our beds didnt even have sheets on our beds just a mattress protector. Smoke detectors ripped off the wall exposed wires. It stunk! We will never book here again. They state its under renovations that is untrue.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. A refund would be nice. So disgusting Im washing everything innhugh heat when home. The bed came with only a mattress protector, no sheets. Something smeared on the headboard and brown stuff on the walls. Bathroom was also disgusting. The smell in the entire building was also horrendous.

Our room had bedbugs, went to the staff to complain, was blowin' off. Finally got moved to a different room. No hot water. No vending or ice machines that worked. When looking for vending machines I was informed by the staff that I was out of my room after curfew, and needed to stay in my room.
