PHENOMENAL STAY

This hotel was phenomenal! The breakfast was AMAZING! It was so convenient that there was a shuttle during the morning for going to the Tokyo Disney Resort, and in the evening to return to the hotel. The rooms are so clean, and the service was incredible. We so enjoyed ourselves!

Hiyori hotel,At first glance the building was well maintained and the thing that I think stood out is the treatment we got.They were friendly and always there and welcoming.The manner of this hotel was great and same goes with the food and comfort.Overall it’s a must-try.

Our stay at the Hiyori Hotel Maihama was excellent! The shuttle from the station was convenient and welcomed after a long day walking around Tokyo. We loved the daily complimentary gifts! The shuttle to the Disneyland bus loop was great and then it was only a short walk to Disneyland or DisneySea. The staff were friendly and I would definitely recommend purchasing the hearty and varied breakfast. We would definitely stay here again if we are visiting Tokyo Disney.

I like that they offer free water bottles in the room, free drinks and gifts at lobby area, and free late night meal with rice. It is a great place for familu.with kids. They also offer foot massage machine in the room which both my son and I used after a long day walk. I wish the free bus shuttle services is also offered during the afternoon. We had to take taxi to hotel/train station in the afternoon hours.

My husband and i just loved everything about it. Friendly, respectful and very helpful staff. The whole facility was super clean and organized. The shuttle to disneyland was very helpful. The staff will provide you their shuttle schedule to help you plan your day. My husband and i came to celebrate his birthday which i purchased their birthday package as a surprise to him. The decorations were so cute and romantic. The cake was very delicious.

Clean, quiet, close to transit and AMAZING STAFF

I am a world traveler and I have enjoyed excellent hotel staff before but never to the height of the two ladies at the front desk here. Motoyama and the young lady who worked with her (I am so sorry that I mistakenly threw out the piece of paper I wrote her name on) were wonderful above and beyond. When my holiday was looking rather disappointing due to technical difficulties they came to my rescue and ensured that I had a wonderful time. I have only them to thank for this. I do not hesitate to recommend this hotel. It was clean, quiet and have incredible staff.

This park was beautiful and all of the cast members were friendly and helpful. We visited with a disability pass and the process less than user friendly. The process 2as not explained well on the website and when we tried to clarification at customer service upon arrival, we were directed to the rides. Not knowing how to use the pass we waited in line for 30 minutes, then the cast member moved us to the standby line, but our wait increased from the remaining 30 minutes to 65 minutes. Then the pass was entered incorrectly and we almost had to wait another 45. That confusion was cleared up, however the second cast member had already entered a standby which we then had to wait around for expiration before we could sign up for another ride. I feel like there must be a more guest friendly way for this to operate. Ultimately we did enjoy the attractions we were able to ride.
