If you are looking for old-world charm, this is the place! You cannot beat the charm, or the lovely couple who own the property. There is even a fresh spring fountain that the property was built around. The most delicious and pure spring water ever! The property is beyond gorgeous, as are the views! We would definitely stay here again!

This was without a doubt one of the best B&B's we have ever stayed at. Everything was very straight-forward with check-in and check-out. Enjoyed our stay at Waters Country House. Beautiful place. Bed was comfortable. Our breakfast was delicious. Wished there were areas to sit outside on the property since it had a gorgeous view. Wolfgang was very welcoming - we enjoyed chatting with him. Location is great - near the small castle and town of Ballyvaughn.
