On the evening of Friday, August 1st, after returning from Crater Lake, we arrived at the resort only to discover that we were unable to get proper rest due to persistent and loud barking from a dog on the premises. The barking continued, making sleep extremely difficult, if not impossible.
Regrettably, by the time we returned, your office was closed, and we had no way of addressing the issue in real time. The inability to reach staff or resolve the problem made the situation all the more frustrating.
Given that peaceful rest is a basic and expected part of any hospitality experience, this disruption rendered our accommodations effectively unfit for purpose. We respectfully reuest a reimbursement for the stay due to the unacceptable sleeping onsite support during your posted hours.
In addition, the bathroom accomodations were poor for all the rooms.
