El horario de la recepción es de 08:30h a 22:30h,luego cierran la puerta y te dan una llave para entrar en el establecimiento. Algunas habitaciones necesitan una buena modernización.pero se descansa bien, y el desayuno, que cuesta 3,50€, no está mal.

No me gustó la poca accesibilidad a la habitación teniendo que subir unas escaleras bastante malas hasta un segundo piso con la maleta

Teníamos reservada una habitación triple y nos pusieron una doble. Lo peor de todo es que no me comunicaron esto hasta que no les llamé el día del viaje para avisar sobre la hora que iba a llegar. Dijeron que en 5 minutos nos llamarían de nuevo, y los 5 minutos acabaron siendo una hora, una hora que pasamos parados en Zamora intentando resolver el problema porque la cobertura es mala en la zona y a la mínima que te muevas se pierde. Al final nos reubicaron en la única habitación que quedaba libre en todo el pueblo. Por poco nos quedamos sin conocer el destino por este "pequeño error".

Hotel que necesita un pequeño lavado de cara para hacerlo más atractivo. El mobiliario de las habitaciones está pasado de moda, pero cumple sus funciones. Habitaciones amplias y limpias. Facilidad de aparcamiento, zona tranquila, a las afueras de Puebla, pero bien comunicado. Precio asequible y más con los precios que manejan en los hoteles de dentro del pueblo. Personal atento, aunque un poco despistado

Creo que el hotel necesita una inversión urgente, está falta de mantenimiento y necesita cambio de inmuebles urgente. El trato fue muy bueno con mucha amabilidad e informacion. Es cierto que tampoco es caro pero creo que a no ser de que cambien sus instalaciones y les peguen in lavado de cara no repetiremos.
