Nice place. Good location. Plenty of parking. Friendly host at the front desk. Remodeled room, but the floor squeaks. Mini soap and shampoo, we’re ok, but not worth writing about. Quiet even though it’s next to a busy street.

The hotel was clean. Front desk was friendly. Room was large and comfortable. It's very close to the airport. My only negative is the sound from the room above. Fortunately, they didn't stay up long because the sounds of people walking around was noisier than I would have liked. However, I would still stay there again if I were in the area.

The owner of the property is nice, very kind, friendly, and personable. He is great with kids. A year ago, he gave a bag of M&Ms to my 4 year old nephew for free. When I come to San Jose, this is my go to spot because of the owner.

I had a great experience. It was easy to check in and Edgard at the front Desk was very friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. Good selection of restaurants across the street. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip.
