I normally don’t review hotels but this hotel and service was top notch. Being in a hotel twice a week, I’m always searching for my go to hotel in every city. This is my go to hotel now in Rochester. Very recommended.

Some hard to see surfaces could have been cleaner (handprints on black room door, previous occupant had spilled something on carpet and tucked-away ottoman) but otherwise very clean. Bathroom was especially nice and the room is designed for efficient use of space. Breakfast and pool area were very clean every day, even when they were busy. Beds were comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again for the location and the quality of the stay.

This is a wonderful “value” hotel that we stay in often. Comfortable, clean, nice rooms with a great tv, and an awesome staff, from check-in, to breakfast staff to just running into staff in the elevator, so friendly, kind, and attentive. Well done to all involved at this property.
