Hotel was pretty rundown. The rooms were clean, but very dated and all the furniture was worn down and mismatched. Bed was super uncomfortable and the fan was super loud. Outside, the landscaping was unkept and there was garbage. Parking lot had homeless people hanging out.

The room was clean, but there was a spider crawling in the bed, so I didn't sleep very well. The mattress needs changed as it looks and feels 20 years old. The outside of the property was unclean and neglected. The staff that checked me in was falling asleep and did not let me know there was a $ 75 dlls. Room was clean but was definitely showing its age; chipped paint here and there; bathroom door could not be closed. Bedside light only on one side; no overhead or standing light over or near table (pretty dark for playing games - not everyone spends their time watching TV), only one chair.

The breakfast was pretty lame, there was a guy nodding out most likely from heroin in the "breakfast room" The room was clean, the staff was polite, I would stay there again...the texts and emails from the hotel were annoying

Water temp and pressure is great, cable options were great, ease of accessibility to freeway was great but, traffic noise was loud had to run ac fan all night to help drown out sound.

Disappointed. Maybe our room wasn’t updated? Not sure. A friend stayed here before and the bed was comfortable and there were several fruit & pastry options for breakfast. During our visit, the bed was HARD, room was dirty, door was hard to open, and there was barely anything for breakfast. 75% of the staff we saw seemed to hate their job. Very disappointed.

There was mold in the bathroom sink, (black & Red) The bed was awful have a lot of springs loosen which made a hole. Out backs hurts from this. We are no coming back to this hotel. Plus it super nosy from the streets and sorunder rooms.
