Hotel was lovely, really good location slightly out of the hustle of Patong but easily reached by walking about 10 mins to get to the busy area.
The staff were all lovely and couldn’t have done more for us. The breakfast is great and plenty of choice.
The rooms are slightly dated or less luxurious than you would expect from a 5 star hotel.
There is also an activity desk in the hotel which we used for one booking and again was great.
The outside pool area is lovely with a great bar and lots of food on offer.
I would say the gym is quite lacking, very small for the size of the hotel that we didn’t use it in the end, it could use an upgrade.
