Excellent apartment but could be cleaner

Very nice and spacious apartment. A/C, large TV, large shower cabin. Centrally located. Some apartments have access to a small fitness room. My only concern was that the floor in the apartment could really be cleaned better - after a few minutes of walking, you could see dirt on your socks.

Modern, spacious and well equipped!

Nice, clean, spacious, modern and well equipped appartment. Very nice with the balcony. Helpful people in the reception and the best bakery in town next door. We were super happy! A little traffic noise in the night, and the bed a little too soft for my liking.

Easy check in and check out, staff were very friendly. Apartment was easy to access with a coded door to the building. Everything you could need was in the apartment and it was very clean. Location was great, not too close to the busy areas but close enough to be within walking distance. Tram station and bolt/lime scooters opposite the complex. Highly recommend staying here.

Great place to stay in Posznan. Easy for the train station and airport bus. Right next to the shopping centre which was just across the road.Stayed on the 21st floor great views over Posznan. Although on the flight path for the airport the room was very quiet and not impacted at all.

Great value for money

Very good value for money - especially if you need a working space during your stay. Fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom with laundry machine, walk in closet with iron, drying rack, and ventilator. Close to the station and airport bus, shopping possibilities and city centre all nearby. I would consider this place if going for a longer period of time. The tv channel packet was rubbish, though: no national channels let alone international ones, but then again: wasn't there to watch tv 😉 Balcony and a perfect view was top nice. Had a bit of trouble finding the reception: the info on hotels.com wasn't quite i formative enough - ie the hotel is in xstreet 37-41, BUT the reception is in no 37 AND is also ooen on Sundays.

Not Family-Friendly, disappointing and costly

We booked three apartments for a family trip with kids for almost one week each. Sadly, the experience didn’t live up to expectations. • Condition & Cleanliness: The apartments were much more worn out and “tired” than shown in the photos. Cleanliness was below average, and the overall feel was not fresh or well-maintained - floors where you wanted to have shoes on at all times, kitchen cabinets damaged from moist and cooking, loose handles and barely any water pressure in the shower just to name a few. All the decorative cushions were not pleasant to touch • Squeezing out every penny: Traveling with small children is already stressful, and this place didn’t make it easier. When a toilet seat—already loose when we arrived—broke during our stay, the hotel immediately claimed full new item compensation. They showed no flexibility or understanding, implying that the fact that we stayed almost a week should have caused the wearing out. I relied on them knowing condition of their property. Their unwillingness to consider the context or offer any goodwill felt like dealing with a budget car rental than a hospitality provider, especially when we got threats with legal action out of the blue. • If you still choose to stay here, inspect everything thoroughly upon arrival, document and report even the smallest issue - may cost you additional half a day and a bad start. Otherwise, look elsewhere for a more family-friendly, service-oriented experience & better value for money

The stay was great, the apartment was very comfortable, clean, spacious, and in the perfect location to walk around the city. The only small downside is that the airport is very close to the city and the landing route goes over the city, so you can't leave an open window once you want to go to bed, but if a window is closed then no noise is coming in.
