The Champton was fantastic! The staff were so incredibly kind and helpful and we were always greeted with a smile. They really set the bar high for our 2 week vacation.

The hotel has a great location for walking Hanoi and visit turistic places. You have to check you book a room with windows (many similar good hotels in the Old Quarter offer rooms with no windows). Great brakfast. Pool is on the roof and has little space around but it is enough to refresh with great views.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever been! The customer service was beyond phenomenal. The staff helped me to book tours, local restaurants, local bars...they all took care of me, making my stay unforgettable. First time in Vietnam and I could not be happier. Will def come back to this hotel!

Staff were welcoming, friendly attentive and personable from the moment stepped in to moment left. The room was large well equiped although bathroom was a little small the pool area is also small but wasnt an issue whilst i stayed for 1 night they are builing new rooftop bar which should be lovely when completed at end April 2025. Breakfast was fab would highly recommend. Great location minutes from train street and restaurants
