Du bruit de travaux et peu d ajustement à l’accuei

Accueil oĂč il n y a pas eu d effort sur l accĂšs Ă  la chambre (valise bagagerie Ă  10.00 clĂ© Ă  17.00 malgrĂ© ma demande puis un appel ) et un imbroglio sur le paiement qui devait ĂȘtre fait via hĂŽtel.com et que l hĂŽtel me redemande , j ai du insistĂ© auprĂšs du responsable pour qu il contacte la plate-forme pour vĂ©rifier . des travaux toute la journĂ©e ( marteau piqueur rendant impossible l utilisation du balcon ou de la piscine et de l appartement) et un camion frigorifique autorisĂ©e sur le parking la nuit un soir ( moteur qui se dĂ©clenche ) des points qui auraient mĂ©ritĂ© d ĂȘtre signalĂ© Ă  la rĂ©servation Appartement correct et propre malgrĂ© des fissures inquiĂ©tantes au sol. Hebergement magnifique, appartement bien orientĂ© mais un petit dĂ©tail a gachĂ© un peu l'arrivĂ©e, en effet nous avions choisi un apparement en rĂ©sidence avec cuisine, lave vaisselle, plaque etc..... mais Ă  notre entrĂ©e juste un frigo et une machine Ă  cafĂ©, avec un placard fermĂ© Ă  clĂ©,et aprĂšs contact avec la rĂ©ception il s'avĂ©ra que le fameux placard: ils avaient oubliĂ© de l'ouvrir, l'erreur a Ă©tĂ© corrigĂ© tres rapidement mais je ne m'enpĂ©che pas de penser pourquoi ce placard ferme Ă  clĂ©, j'ai ma petite idĂ©e sur la question mais je prĂ©fĂšre ne pas crĂ©er de polĂ©mique, je leur ai quand mĂȘme prĂ©cisĂ© que cette façon de faire n'Ă©tait pas trĂšs honnĂȘte. Sinon sĂ©jour parfait et piscine formidable, dommage ce problĂ©me soulĂ©ve juste un doute???

Une valeur sûre

Nous avons louĂ© un appartement avec trois chambres, tout Ă©tait parfait. Gentillesse du personnel trĂšs attentionnĂ©, propretĂ© et qualitĂ© du logement, et une belle vue sur le port d’Ajaccio. Le tout Ă  proximitĂ© du centre-ville. L’espace piscine et spa est trĂšs agrĂ©able, nous avons mĂȘme pu y rester toute la journĂ©e aprĂšs avoir rendu nos clĂ©s le matin. Un grand merci Ă  Thibault pour ses prĂ©cieux conseils concernant les activitĂ©s Ă  Ajaccio et alentours ! Il s’agissait de notre deuxiĂšme sĂ©jour dans cet Ă©tablissement, nous y retournerons sans hĂ©siter l’annĂ©e prochaine ! Merci pour tout.
