The room was dirty when I arrived. Housekeeping never came in. It’s very very loud. The toilet was in a closet with no sink.

I understand the weekends being busier and the place being remodeled. I just can’t appreciate the fact you can hear everything that goes on outside from people talking to yelling, loud music, slamming doors. This is not my first time at this motel 6 either but it was my first experience like this.

I take back everything I said.They owe me money couldn't get credit on a weekly note I paid for a studio room and got a regular room without a microwave the fridge barley worked I had to wash my own towels and rags.The back of that property had toilet bowls and wood everywhere.. quiet but not too clean

It has a lot of potential with the courtyards and high ceilings, but the sink and shower were so dirty and rundown I didn’t take a bath and went to starbucks to brush my teeth and do other bathroom stuff. Overall the property was fine, and I could see us staying again. Cute older Florida building, and we felt safe. However, we had absolutely no hot water, and it was 31 degrees outside; we were unable to take showers. Also, the toilet seat was completely broken and coming off, and the sink/bathroom smelled of pee. We were in a non-smoking room, but the smell of smoke coming through the windows was overwhelming. We could also hear the people downstairs getting it on down there loud and clear.

Unfortunately, there were no micro fridge, microwave, iron or ironing board in the room. Upon arriving to the room, the shower curtain had a very dirty stain at the bottom of it and a new shower curtain had to be provided for replacement.

I was charged a deposit of $100 I was not made aware of this on the website. To me it seem like a nickel and dime thing but I was told I would get it back when I checked out. It’s been a few days since I’ve checked out but still nothing. And then I said on hold until at a certain time it just disconnects
