Comfortable boutique hotel near the center of Merida with free dedicated parking nearby. Very helpful staff and excellent complimentary breakfast with made to order dishes. Very quiet, peaceful vibe with lap pool and ample common sitting areas outside.

The hotel is located equidistant between Parque Santa Lucia and the Plaza Grande where there is a good selection of restaurants and shopping. My husband and I stayed here for a week, it was peaceful, quiet, very attentive staff, and beautiful environment. The last night of our stay hurricane Milton was on the way, the city shut down and all stores and businesses were closed. The staff upgraded our room to be closer to reception and supplies in the event of an emergency. The next morning they opened up their kitchen to give us a wonderful breakfast and coffee, when we would have otherwise been out of luck as everything in town was closed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Merida.

The welcoming and cordial staff at all hours made our stay at this hotel! They even offered us a room upgrade at no additonal cost, but we reluctantly declined to have a room right next to the deliciously clean and refreshing pool. The restaurarant was excellent, room and lobby decor was well appointed, and desk staff assisted us with restaurant suggestions and reservations.

Luxury Hotel, Quiet, Good location
Comfortable small hotel. Great service, best restaurant in town, quiet, good beds and pillows. Air conditioning. A 10 minute walk from Plaza Grande, which we walked to at least once a day. The room that we had (the suite, which is just a large room) had some light coming through the black out shade (maybe they will fix this soon.) Nice pool area. I would definitely stay there again.
