深夜に不都合がありましたが、スタッフの方は丁寧に対応してくださいました。翌朝にはフロントへ事情を説明し、責任者が不在のため、メールでのやり取りに。ご面倒をおかけしたにも関わらず迅速な対応には感謝しています。客室の利便性や料金、そしてスタッフの皆さんの対応には全体的に満足しており、またぜひ利用したいと感じました。
