The kitchen was well-equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, stove. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax. The motel’s location was also great—close to local shops, restaurants, and public transport, making it easy to explore the area. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring everything went smoothly during my stay. In addition, the dining area at the motel was a pleasant surprise. The food was affordable, delicious and well-prepared.

Hôtel was close to the highway which was convenient for the way we were travelling. Rooms weren’t the most clean, bedding had stains, as well as the walls and floors. Each room was only provided 2 towels, no facecloths or hand towels. Staff were extremely friendly.

I was a bit sceptical about the place, but after arriving in my room. I was surprised how clean and spacious the room was. The bed was comfortable and the room has fridge, microwave and even a stove. I will definitely come back again.

Great place to stay. Good bang for your buck! We got the room with kitchenette and it has a microwave, stove, fridge and sink. I would’ve gave it a 5 star rating aside from we got charged more for the $40 per night pet fee as stated. Its more like $60 per night for a pet fee.

Reasonable price. Room had a kitchenette but no pots or pans not even any plates or cutlery. Boy at the reception got me few paper plates and plastic forks. Bathroom was smelly, very low water pressure. Cost cutting at the best, we were on a tight budget this time so didn't mind but next time I'll be sure to book somewhere else.

The room was clean and spacious. But the staff seemed tired and not interested. Halls were barely wide enough for cleaners cart. There were multiple buildings and it felt like most of the hotel was subsidized housing. The flooring was new but poorly put together (gaps in laminate) It was “pet friendly” but a lady below us knocked on our door because of noise from our pet at 9:30 because she had work in the morning and was going to bed. Again, it felt like housing.

The hotel is convenient and around restaurants and grocery stores. Didnt like the noise coming from upstairs. Can hear people walking while im trying to sleep. The hallways smell like smoke and seep into the rooms. Cleanliness of the washrooms are questionable. Upon arriving feel slimey tubs. Toilet was diffiuclt to flush. Needs to be repaired. Price was fair. Place needs some tlc. Great staff tho. Friendly and helpul.

Mixed impression

Room big enough for 2 adults and 2 children. Not clean enough. The bathroom floor was dirty. Also in the shower there is no shelf to put hygiene products. The room had 2 towels for 4 people. My daughter said that the pillow smells of cigarettes. I changed pillows with her, mine was odorless. Air conditioning worked well. Not noisy, has no bad smell. Beds are comfortable enough. The night we arrived at reception was not very nice, tired girl. Day shift was more polite. I have gotten broken glass in the car in the parking lot of this hotel. The car is rare and quite expensive. Versions are different....

The purpose of this trip was a girls trip. The staff were very accommodating on late check out for us which was very appreciated. The area of the hotel was fine, off the highway which was great. Check in- is quite late and we had called the property prior to our booking to request an early check in as we were driving but the phone was never answered on all occasions nor through the Expedia chat box. There was definitely a plumbing issue in our room as the toilet would never flush completely. The bedding on one of our beds was extremely disgusting (unsure as for the other as we were scared to see) as we lifted it to ensure we had all of our belongings. Not much we could have done after sleeping there already for 2 nights. All other amenities worked great in our room and the staff were very friendly. The location is about 35 minutes away from the city. You get what you pay for sure!

Our stay was disappointing. Despite the issues of cleanliness of the room and building we also encountered customer service issues. While not all issues could be resolved, the lack of towels for showering and needing the iron that we called for twice throughout or two night stay could and should have been resolved. The staff themselves were pleasant to deal with and understanding of the issues, promising to take steps to remedy. Additional problems include: When we arrived to the building of our room (different than check in building) it smelled of marijuana. Our room was damp and smelled musty. There were yellow stains on the ceiling and blood stains on the wall. The bathtub was stained and there was hair in the sink. We also found hair and dirt in the bed on the linens. Very unlikely to stay again or recommend!!
