Muito Ruim, Roupa de Cama encardida, Atendimento da recepção decepcionante, reservei o apartamento tipo flat, ai a mulher queria me empurrar o apartamento normal pelo mesmo preço pago ao Hotels.com. Falando que eu tinha reservado o normal, sendo que na comanda dela falava que era flat. Enfim desespero no checkin, ou muita má fé, ou muita falta de capacidade em trabalhar. Nao gostei.pelo preço que paguei ja estive em hoteis muito melhor. Vendem hospedagem com ar condicionado que praticamente não funciona. Reclamei na recepção disseram que era asim mesmo. Vazo sanitario entupido ,vi sujeira no chão de outros hóspedes, mobilia velha café da manha dão um kit desconforto total. Sinceramente arrependimento total de rer pego esse hotel.

Bom Aparthotel, pecou na limpeza

Ficamos no quarto 404, um aparthotel com boa estrutura, porém a limpeza do quarto e do banheiro quando chegamos não agradou em nada, o ar condicionado do quarto de casal praticamente não funciona, e não adianta colocar a culpa no calor , pois o quarto onde se encontravam as camas de casais onde tbm tem ar condicionado funcionou sem problema algum. Tirando isso, os funcionários foram ótimos, super atenciosos, pra quem precisa só dormir e partir no outro dia ainda vale a pena, só verifique antes se o ar condicionado dos quartos realmente estava em bom funcionamento.
