Warning Stay away.

Firstly, the hotel is old and very worn out. They have tried to renovate, but as seen in the attached picture, it has gone completely wrong. Secondly, it is unbelievably noisy. I could hardly tell whether the window to the street was open or closed. Thirdly, the hotel had an ATM in the lobby. One day, I was in a hurry and used it. I withdrew 1000 reais (172 dollars) which had a slightly high fee, but fair enough. However, what they don't tell you until you see it on your account is that they give such a bad exchange rate that it cost me 60 dollars just on the exchange rate alone. A hotel that allows a company to deceive its guests in this manner should be avoided; it says everything about their attitude towards us as guests. Well the app isn't working right, I can't attach the picture. That's a shame.

TERRÍVEL

Minha experiência no Hotel Travel foi extremamente frustrante, definitivamente o custo-benefício não vale a pena. Cama super desconfortável, o quarto apresentava mofo visível, principalmente na parede e no rodapé, tornando o ambiente desagradável. As toalhas estavam velhas e em alguns pontos rasgadas, o box do banheiro estava solto, oferecendo risco ao uso, elevador somente um funcionava para o 2 andar, o que só reforça a sensação de abandono da manutenção. Café da manhã: simplesmente não tinha nada que prestasse, suco artificial, bolo solado, opção de fruta apenas três banana, mamão e melancia, não tinha uma banana da terra cozida, uma macaxeira, nada de raiz no mínimo para tornar um café da manhã digno.
