我有挑選無菸房~也有備註容易過敏~對煙味敏感~ 結果ㄧ進去房間~煙味非常非常非常重(連對煙味不敏感的友人都能聞到)~我快要不能呼吸~於是打開冷氣~開到最強~沒想到冷氣越強煙味越重...看來中央空調管線裡面整個都是煙味~可能許久沒有清理了~整個晚上呼吸困難~需要開門開窗睡覺...而且景觀部分與照片不符...是被遮住的...照片裡面可以清晰看到整個穿外景象...實際上不是這樣...如果沒有煙味~房間應該算是很大很舒適~服務人員態度也非常良好..

我是到台北五天遊，臨時訂這溫泉酒店一晚，因為以為6點入住，3點幾到了洒店，己給職員看護照，但職員沒有查看記錄，只是把行李放在一邊，叫我們18:00回來Check-in，所以我在附近行吓食吓野等到18:00再回酒店才知道要23:00才可以入住，如果職員早時查看我的訂房記錄，我就不用白費時間等。 還有22:45我們再次回到酒店取房間，職員看護照又話沒有記錄，又話要我出示網上訂購記錄，好似要拖延時間， 最後找到紀錄了，又話差5分鐘才到23:00，我坐在大堂前面等他通知取房間，在櫃檯大堂是很細小地方，所以一直都面對着職員，可是到了23:05我再問有房未，另外一位職員竟然又要看我的護照，才有房間給我入住。 取了房間，第一件事就係放水浸溫泉喇， 我兒子去了一次大便，廁所就塞了。這酒店令我覺得不爽。

Misleading check in time

When make a booking, you can have any information that the check in time is crazily set at 11:99 pm. Even the confirmation notification shows at the beginning of the page that the check in time is between 15:00 to 23:00', there is another insignificant information showing that the check in time is at 23:00. It is crazy and contradictory. It wasted me lots of time to argue with the hotel staff and my holiday mood has been ruined.

我們的住宿通知寫的是check in 時間下午三時，但當我們到達飯店下午三時時 卻告知我們須等到晚上11點才能check in ,除非我們再加錢 NT$881 才能讓我們check in 下午三時半，非常不老實的飯店，Hotels.com 應該出來跟飯店講清楚 。此次旅行 感覺非常不愉快，有上了賊船的感覺！

Deludente!

Ho scelto questo albergo per fare hotspring, ma al mio arrivo in camera ho notato che la stanza era un po’ datata, e sopratutto non corrispondeva alla foto di quando avevo prenotato. La colazione è basata solo per turisti orientali, ma 2 cose per noi europei le potete anche preparare. La cosa più grave che ha rovinato la mia breve permanenza è stato il fatto che ho trovato la federa del cuscino sporca di strisce nere, ma anche il lenzuolo aveva degli aloni. Di positivo il personale dell’hotel molto cortese, infatti mi hanno portato 2 cuscini con federe pulite anche se era notte inoltrata.

房間内的溫泉池非常满意，十分大和舒服，窗外的欄柵能令房外不容易看到房内情況，可以在房內看著，外出北投公園的環境浸浴，提供私隱。 但房内近書枱的牆壁、書枱和雪櫃頂的bar枱面有很多小螞蟻，這點就不能接受！要加强清潔滅蟲工作。

員工很有禮友善，早餐食物美味，溫泉水夠熱

在新北投站走路約7-10分鐘，沿北投公園邊走便到。無論check in 員工，餐廳員工，拍車員工們都是有禮友善，令客人舒服感覺。早餐選擇雖然不多，但食物美味，烤地瓜更是甜美。有溫泉蛋提供。豪華房間有私人溫泉，溫泉水很熱。留意有個水制才是放溫泉水啊！
