Love that i didnt have to go far to enjoy activities to do. You have the bar and casino in the hotel and food. Nice view and the people are very friendly. I will be back very soon.

Overall the stay was okay
Quiet rooms and hallways. The bed was comfy, although it lacked sufficient bedding. The hot water for the shower and tub was perfect. The hallways smelled fresh and clean, however our room was stuffy and drab. Overall the stay was okay. This hotel just needs some updates and a new ventilation system.

Great experience again!
We spend every year here on our anniversary. We are very comfortable there and always met with the most positive hospitality! Everyone is so nice and the servers on the casino floors are very attentive. The ladies at the hotel desk at check in and check out are quick and accommodating. The staff here at Balleys is the best! We look forward to returning for our 15th!

Hotel and casino were nice. They had overbooked the rooms so it took awhile to get checked in. Restaurants were slow to get orders out because they had tons of poker orders. Hotel staff was amazing though. Very friendly and knowledgeable when asked for information. Would be nice to he able to smoke in the lounges but the casino was cool. Will be returning.

We stay at Bally’s quite often and never have a complaint!! Rooms are always super clean! The whole hotel is very clean. Staff is always nice. Beds and pillows are comfy. Love the casino as well.

Our stay was nice, the room large and very quit. We had a king size bed, a little to soft for us, but was ok. The bathroom had everything we need. We enjoyed the view of the river. They didn't have any coffee for the rooms, so I had to buy a $5.00 cup of coffee.
