小さいけれど、貸し切り状態の露天風呂が最高に気持ち良かったです。朝も早い時間に行ったら、一人ゆっくりできました。スタッフの方々には優しくて丁寧に対応して頂きました。洗面所の水道が水漏れしていて、ずっとポタポタしているのが気になりましたが、他は居心地良く過ごさせて頂きました。ありがとうございました。

大浴場と朝食が素晴らしく快適に過ごすことが出来ました。お風呂は内湯と露天風呂があり、混み合うことなくゆっくりと浸かることができました。アメニティもしっかりとしており好印象でした。昼食はビュッフェタイプで、卵料理を選ぶもので、オムレツを選びましたが、ふわふわでとても美味しかったです。部屋のテレビは小さめですが、リラクゼーションスペースには超大型のテレビがあり、テレビ好きな人には良いと思います。駅から離れますが、星野リゾートのハルニエテラスにも近く、軽井沢を満喫するにはロケーションも良いと思います。チェックアウト時に写真撮影の声がけを頂きお願いしました。私達の車が見えなくなるまで手を振ってお見送り頂き、おもてなしの心を感じました。とても気持ちよく過ごすことがでしました。

お風呂は小さいです。 露天風呂は緑に囲まれた良い香りでとてもリラックスできました。 朝食は給仕がしっかりしてるところがさすがの軽井沢(笑) ハルニレテラスで夕食をとったのですが、雨のため車で。 晴れていれば散歩がてら歩いていけると思います。

The hotel is located in the Sengataki area which is one local line station away from the busy Kyu-karuizawa area and thanks to this, the surroundings of the hotel is very quiet and made us feel that we were staying in our summer house. Although the location is away from Kyukaruizawa area, there is a newly developed Hoshino resort area nearby and we were able to enjoy the sophisticated atmosphere as well.
