Had a good time. Room felt very spacious and modern. Welcomed the complimentary non-alcoholic drinks when I arrived. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would choose again and hopefully have enough time to also visit the wellness area.

Great beat idyl and central hotel but somewhat in personal when arriving. Professional yes, but not welcoming. Defineteky felt like a hotel, but not a Home away from Home due to aloof, business as usual treatment of staff up on arrival!

Super flot hotel. Venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Flot og stort rent værelse (Fregatte). Der var meget varmt på værelset, ingen air con og muligheden for at lufte ud er minimal, da det kun er to top vinduer der kan åbnes op. Der er meget støj fra vejen når vinduerne er åbne, men med vinduerne lukket kan man slet ikke høre noget ude fra. Dejligt roligt hotel. Ligger godt placeret lige ved havnen og med gågaden lige bagved. Stor dejlig seng (lidt til den hårde side)…

Vi har har fejret vore bryllupsdag med en overnatning på Hotel Hafen - så kan det vist ikke blive meget bedre. Meget flot værelse med udsigt till fjorden, og værelse/badeværelset meget flot indrettet. Lækker morgenmad, hele hotellet emmer af kvalitet, indretning ude og inde - rigtig god smag. Vi glæder os meget til at komme igen.

Fantastisk hotel lige ud til havnen. Vi havde et dejligt værelse, Fregatten, med flot udsigt til havnen, hyggeligt og med god komfort. Selvom der var havnefest, var det meget lydisoleret og vi sov rigtig godt i en dejlig seng. Vi var meget tilfredse med opholdet.

Very friendly service and incredibly beautiful, clean rooms in a lovely location. Unfortunately, there was a lot of noise at night from the hallway and the garage area — doors slamming and guests returning late made it difficult to sleep before midnight. Sadly, the lack of a good night's sleep overshadowed what was otherwise an excellent stay. The staff was kind and understanding when we mentioned the issue at checkout.
