The view of the Swallows baseball field from the lobby made me happy every time I saw it. My room and all public areas were spic and span, well lit, and with lots of helpful touches. The laundromat and its app was an appreciated amenity in the building. The front desk staff were helpful and extremely courteous. Great location, especially if you like jogging in the mornings. Close to three subway stations.

Beware of constant self flushing toilet
The breakfast buffet offered western & Japanese is good. When prepurchased at check in versus day of meal it is slightly less cost but wasn’t mentioned until I requested at check in. The Onsen was clean and serene but no mention that it opens at 4pm when checking in at 2pm. I did not like the constant self flushing toilet in our room as I was still on toilet when it would flush, seem very unhygienic and not eco-friendly either. Thinnest toilet paper ever and difficult to tear. Beds were comfortable

This has to be one of the best coziest hotels I’ve ever stayed on. It doesn’t allow you to spread out your luggage as much but if you’re neat and organized, you can make it happen. Amenities were great. Room was so clean. I would reserve a room again if I visit Japan.
