A quirky BB right in the historic old town so easy to walk to. All rooms are different, eclectic and simple…no frills. Friendly welcome from Nico.

My first breakfast was rearranged because the owner needed the place for her cooking class. The arrangement went badly with no apology followed. Later the owner waved my tax payment, but I would prefer an apology rather than money. This B&B needs to learn about customer service. Customers are not figures on a chessboard to move them around for owners convinience. The whole incidence left me with a bad feeling. The WiFi was also poor, needed 3 resets in 4 days.

Rigtig god beliggenhed. Sød personale, meget imødekommende. Informerer og hjælpsom. Værelset mangler en opdatering, meget slidt (bad og tekøkken) Dårlig ventilation - høj fugtighed. Meget lydt mellem lejlighederne. Defekt vandlås, lugtede af kloak. Glemte rengøring og rene håndklæder. Ikke nok håndklæder 3 stk til 4 personer.

It was a fine stay in the heart of the Bologna Old City. Facility was good, room was ok. Not a comfy bed but room looked good. Room was huge. Cleaning could have been better. I saw some dirt in the bathtub and bathroom radiator was full of dirt.(you could see when you touch with your finger) there was a left shampoo on the bathroom, so it made me think of if it was not cleaned? In hotels you don't leave leftover shampoo or something when you clean around, right? Also all the bathroom faucets were rusty. May be it was because of the water but I have a hard water problem in my own house but always keep them shiny with the right cleaning material. Hosts were welcoming, they had good intentions. But this facility still needs improvments.

It’s family owned, very quaint and cozy. They’re super super sweet people and informative also. I would like to make a few kind suggestions: Breakfast - please get REAL orange juice Bed - perhaps a memory foam on the beds would make it a little more soft. Room - A mirror in the room for women to do their hair in the morning. The mirror in the bathroom doesn’t work because the toilet is in front. So no room to stand and style hair.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Nicht sauber, Einrichtung sehr alt und abgenutzt. WIFI Verbindung funktioniert nicht in den Zimmern. Frühstück sehr schlecht, keine Auswahl. Unser Gepäck wurde einfach aus dem Zimmer genommen, da wir ein paar Minuten nach der Check- Out Zeit wieder in der Unterkunft waren. Dabei wurden unsere Jacken im Zimmer gelassen. Eine Unverschämtheit ohne Aufforderung fremdes Gepäck anzufassen.

Ligging top Kamer ruim maar erg gedateerd. Badkamer bidet werkte niet Moeilijk regelen warm water slecht ontbijt. Goedkoopste hamplus kaas. De geklokte bak met eieren bleven 4 dagen dezelfde. Oud fruit. Wel bijzonder aardige mensen

Lage ist sensationell, direkt hinter der Via Independencia - alles fussläufig erreichbar und dennoch ruhig. Blick in die Altstadt mit den Türmen vom Zimmer. Frühstück ist offenbar im Wohnzimmer der Gastgeber aber gut und reichhaltig,, mit Schokokuchen und Crostata. Zimmer konnte früh bezogen werden. Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Betten waren sehr klein und spartanisch.
