Hotel was ok! Nice location along the Kiel channel with a good restaurant at the hotel overlooking the channel. We stayed in a room in the older part of the hotel. Some basic stuff, like a water boiler was missing. One of the receptionists was also very unfriendly and did not bother to greet the guests.

The location next to the pedestrian/bike tunnel and on the canal was wonderful. A lovely corner room with a view of the ships. We appreciated the bike garage. The service at dinner was very,very slow. Over an hour before we received our drinks. No other hotel or restaurant on our trip was so slow.

Sehr schönes Ambiente, tolle, ruhige Lage direkt am Nord-Ostsee-Kanal. Gutes Restaurant, schöne Terrasse mit Aussicht. Zimmer sauber und Häufigkeit der (täglichen) Zimmerreinigung wählbar. Bushaltestelle am Hotel.

Inden ankomst havde vi bedt om en ekstra pude og dyne. Høflig indtjekning, der ringede til service, for at bede dem tjekke op på om det var på værelset. Det kom aldrig. Blev orienteret om, at der var ledige e bikes til lørdag, hvilket ikke var rigtigt. Morgenbuffet lørdag var kedelig. Bake off brød og lille udvalg. Der manglede både kopper, tallerkener og glas. Ringe opfyldning. Søndag morgen var bedre, måske fordi der havde været et stort bryllup med overnattende gæster. Kaffe faciliteter bestod af en kande i receptionen med pulver mælk og kun i tidsrummet 6.30-14. Alt i alt kunne vi ikke mærke at vi havde købt og betalt for 4 ****
