Bom hotel em ótima localização em São Luis. Quarto e banheiro amplo com cama boa e boas roupas de cama e toalhas de banho. Cafe da manhã bom, mas poderia melhorar, incluir opções para restrições alimentares. Atenção é necessária no chuveiro do quarto 705, pois o crivo do chuveiro está entupido.

Fui prontamente atendida na recepção, com informações claras e objetivas! Não tive problemas com barulhos ou incômodos! Cama grande, confortável! Chuveiro com água quente e fria, ajustável; relaxante demais! Só achei a localização um pouco fora pra quem está sozinha! Lâmpadas de rua, apagadas! Não me senti nenhum pouco segura em sair do hotel a noite, a pé! E nem de dia! Apensar de q fiquei uma diária apenas! Café da manhã com poucas opções, mas q cumpre bem com uma boa alimentação!

Ficamos apenas uma noite, sem do que reclamar. As recepcionistas são bem educadas, pudemos deixar as malas no hotel antes do check-in para sair para almoçar e conhecer a cidade. O chuveiro é maravilhoso, a vista do corredor e do quarto eram incríveis (uma pro mar/rios e outra pra lagoa, respectivamente). O café da manhã bem variado com frutas, vários pães e bolos, cuscuz e ovos (frito ou mexido).

O hotel é razoável. Limpeza ok e café da manhã tambem, serve bem para períodos de curta hospedagem. A cama estava um pouci desconfortavel, pois tinha um desnivel. E o box do banheiro estava vazando.
