We loved the fenced in backyard to the cabin with private hot tub and fire pit and grill, we enjoyed being close to the pool, and just a short walk to the beach so we were far enough from the noise. The bed was not very comfortable, but otherwise the cabin decor and amenities were great. We will definitely be back!

Pleasant stopover

Pleasant stopover, staff were accommodating and helpful. As for accommodations, think simple cabin that's been nicely painted. Has fridge, microwave, table - all the basics. Lower comfort rating because the beds were well past their expiration date (creaky "box spring", thin, worn out mattresses). Still, I'd stop here again for a quick stopover.

The pool is the highlight

The pool was really nice. Off-street, free parking. 15-Minute walk to the Pier. Those are the highlights. The room was pretty smelly and dirty, and the beds were wildly uncomfortable. Rooms had different appliances available, some have coffee makers, some have microwaves. Will look elsewhere for the next trip.

While it is clear that some thought was put into the decor of the rooms, the room we stayed in was very small with no curtains on the windows in either the bathroom or bedroom leaving us feeling like we had little privacy. Room or Hobbit Hole?

They said that we had an Ecno Room, and that's what it was. A bed and a shower. There was no Closets, and no Burrows. We had to put our cloths on the floor, and then there was not enough room to move around the room. To be honest, this was not the room for us.

Very dirty. Layer of grime across all the blinds and the bathroom had not been cleaned. Mould on the panels on the ceiling and extremely noisy area.

Close to beach

The room I was given (room 4) was pretty dated. The bathroom was especially out of date. There's a lot of noise here from the busy road outside. I got a really good price, so I didn't complain. The bed was comfy, and the mini fridge worked well. The pool was nice and seemed to be well maintained. The beach is about a 3/4 mile walk, so you can walk to the beach from here to avoid paying for parking. Overall, I was happy with this stay for what I paid (less than $100 a night). If the price was higher, I probably would've went somewhere else.

Dissapointed

The check in process was perfect and the owners were great very personable. We did not use the pool but was clean. Unfortuneately the room was not. *No hot water *bathroom door would not close *no trash barrell in room *no blinds or curtains to close on windows *lots of fruit flys or nats came in through the bathroom window even when closed. I would not suggest for a week stay we were in town for quick visit one night but still was not were I would stay again. I would suggest only if in a pinch and need some place to stay for the night I dont usually write a review but stay was not pleasant. Again the owners were great the room was just not for us.

There was nothing we liked about this stay. We were there from out of state for a basketball tournament. We never once saw any staff . Never given any Wi-Fi information. Space we thought we were getting was advertised to have enough space to accommodate and a kitchenette. We had to purchase air mattress and room didn’t even have a microwave. Bathroom shower was super sketchy. We never found the hot tubs that were advertised and the pool had actual worms in the bottom. Horribly disappointed and will NEVER go back and will definitely let our area that travels there with multiple teams to not go there.

Our cabin was not ready at check-in time; the manager stated she couldn't remember cleaning it in the AM and would clean it in 20 minutes so come back then. She had NOTHING in-hand (cleaning supplies, linen, etc.) and when we got back, it did not smell nor look clean (the floor was dirty and there was half eaten chicken in the fridge). She also tried to get us to pay twice for the 1st half of our stay, saying Ortbitz didn't send payment. Overall, probably wouldn't recommend as it's clear she's only out for money... but a pretty cute motel with a nice pool and nearby everything for what we paid.

Not professional

The room what was expected for the price we paid. Checking in created a big mess. The address on the directions brings you to the office which covers more than one hotel. Since the office closed early and we arrived at 730 in the pouring rain we could not see the names on the hotels and went to the one the gps took us to. That started lots of confusion. Along with problems with are credit card information being misplaced, and not to mention when we left we were accused of not returning the keys. Which they later admitted they found. They need to f get their act together.

From the moment we opened the door I counted the hours til we left. Mold and dirt in bathroom floor corners. No blind or curtain over the bathroom window and the tree outside did not block a possible view from neighbors home. Ceiling tiles were coming apart from ceiling and dirt or grime on the edges. Bathroom wall next to shower was half painted as though someone couldn’t reach the other side. Strange green and gray grime on bathroom sink fixtures. Much more. I took photos and can share should anyone challenge these issues.
