Really enjoyed our stay, checked in & was told the room wasn’t ready, but I notified the reception staff I had upgraded to an early check in, so I was then checked in, had a room on the 8th floor overlooking London, was noisy outside at night with sirens. There were 3 adults in our room, but only 2 cups for tea/coffee. Ample towels & toiletries, beds very comfy and the a/c was a bonus. Would stay again as a convenient location.
