Really old hotel in serious need of TLC. Traditional room had the wall stained and scratched. The hallway were dirty. The dinner and breakfast however were good. Nice location. Appreciated foot onsens.

担当をしてくれたサービスの方は外国人の方でしたがとても日本語が上手でさらに丁寧で気持ちの良い対応をして頂きました。ありがとうございました。また、車の充電設備もあり、満充電をして頂きとても良かったです。また、昼神温泉に来る時はぜひ利用させて頂きたいと思います。

Prima Onsen hotel, maar veelal voor de oudere Japanner. Wij hebben geen jonge mensen gezien. Helemaal geen Europees gezin zoals wij.
