That evening, while I was using the hotel’s complimentary laundry facilities—a notable amenity—a night attendant, described as wearing glasses and having little hair, approached me. He questioned me aggressively about the incident, which I have no idea. His behavior was unprofessional, confrontational, and included shouting, which I found distressing. Upon checking out, I reported this issue to a coworker, who informed me that the attendant’s name was likely Mike. I urge the hotel management to address this staff member’s conduct to ensure a more respectful guest experience.
