We were there for one night stay. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable the AC worked very good. The stairs going up to the room were a bit dirty but overall the hotel was good.

The suite had one lamp. No towel bars, no hot water, no microwave, flooring was not done properly making it hard to walk, not enough seating for suite, parking was terrible not enough handicap parking, n amenities.

Multiple things in our room were broken when wr arrived, the tv did not work, and the roof leaked. When we brought it to the desk attendants attention, we were told maintenance would be informed. Thats it. We wont be back.

The room with 3 queen size beds was not a regular hotel room. Living area was big but furniture is small and old. Bathroom was small and nasty. Mold and mildew. While family was uncomfortable. Ended up checking out early and going back home. Pictures are completely different.

Horrible not worth the money they charge.

Room wasn’t what was post in descriptions. Ac didn’t work. Room was dirty and small. Not once was my room cleaned. No room service. No housekeeping. Room had dirty pillows/bedding. I had to take out my own garbage get my own trash bags, get my own clean towels, got my own toilet paper. No elevator and my room was in the fourth floor. No lock on the door it had been removed. Door wouldn’t shut all the way had to put my suit case against the door to keep it closed.

Room smelled like bleach to cover the terrible smell, hallways were gross, pool was closed (green), did not feel clean the room was musty/moldy smelling felt hard at breathe AI pics online make it look as though rooms are renovated to top it off was charged $500 for a night around the Holiday when average nights are $50 (and still not worth that) overall unhappy with my stay and will not be staying ever again

Horrific Hotel

Never sent reservation confirmation. Had to search cc bill and call for name of hotel. Gave us 3rd floor room and no elevator. Said I hadn’t confirmed yet I had 2 days or saying check is at 3.Cubicle room, broken fixtures in bathroom curtain rod, medicine cabinet, no toilet paper rod. Lamp in bedside lamp broken. They gave us another room with black mold on ceiling and clogged sink drain. Hard to park with tiny lot. Room barely fit 2 double beds with no room on one side and 1 foot between beds.

The room smelled very weird. There were odd stains on the pillows. The towels smelled like mildew. Crumbs on the floor everywhere. Dirty on the side of the sink with old shampoo bottles. The staff were okay. They didn’t ask us how the stay was or if we needed anything. Some outlets in the room were not functioning. Would not stay again.

Nothing like the pictures

This was one of the most frustrating check-in experiences I’ve ever had. The lobby was uncomfortably hot—over 90 degrees—and communication was extremely difficult as I could barely understand the front desk staff. The process itself was overly complicated, requiring multiple steps like submitting credit card authorization forms for each guest, re-verifying IDs, and even paying again despite having already prepaid for the booking. The rooms were a major letdown—small, cramped, and nothing like the photos advertised. The first room I was given had a strong musty, moldy odor, and I had to request a different one immediately after checking in. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations and was a disappointing experience.

Don’t stay here

Start to finish absolutely horrible experience! Staff wasn’t friendly at all. Room was practically bare. A/C is inefficient window units that have to run all day just to keep the room cool. You get a TV but no remote. No hair dryer. Shower rob was barely attached to the wall. Wear socks or slippers at all times because they don’t believe in mopping the floors. If I could rate in negatives I would! For a cost of close to $1000 for 3 days 2 nights, I absolutely feel I was ripped off, never using this establishment again!

First off this hotel was my last resort. Second buyer beware. This place reminds me off a frat house. It seems rundown and old. All they did was a bunch of patchwork when it comes to renovations. Nobody was happy. Everyone complained about the hotel and room layout. We had footprints on our headboard and that was weird. I’d a been better off sleeping in my car honestly. They should’ve paid us to stay there. That’s just how I feel. If you waste your money here good luck.

After we checked in we were bringing our bags up to the room and the front desk woman asked us for the key back. She said it was the wrong room and it wasn’t ready. Once we did get the new keys the room was so small my father and I barely fit we slept with our luggage on the beds. The floors and tv remote were sticky. I didn’t even feel comfortable taking a shower there nor sleeping under the sheets.
