Stay was good but hotel rooms aren’t being cleaned properly or at all. Food served is cold 90% of the time. Staff are friendly except one manager that spoke to everyone else except us (man with grey/white hair). In a good location close to beach and alot of shops!

A bit of a let down!

On first impression hotel looked nice, it slowly went down hill from there on in. Cleanliness of the rooms was poor with peanuts on the floor when the room had supposedly been cleaned but it stayed there for the whole of our stay. There was an awful drains/sewage smell in the bathroom. Daily housekeeping was poor nothing actually cleaned/replenished. We had to ask for toilet roll after daily housekeeping had been done. There are no top sheets on the beds just a scratchy blanket’s .There is a huge language barrier for English speakers with most of the staff. For instance when we asked for toilet paper they brought towels? There is supposed to be three additional restaurants apart from the Ocean canteen but never saw these open for the 10 days of our stay. Some positives Ozman the late night waiter was an absolute pleasure so friendly helpful and kind. The same can be said for the regular shuttle bus driver(don’t know his name). If I’m honest I wouldn’t recommend this hotel or stay there again.

Wonderful resort, has everything you could ask for - mostly everything you could ask for was inclusive. Cleanliness, views, activities, food, and ambience - everything was spot on. Qualifies as a 5 star resort. The only star reason I’ve given it 4/5 is because some of the staff could be nicer and friendlier - this was missing from certain counters.

Not relaxing, beware of the taxi

I was over the bar that serves free drinks until 2am. Not very restful until after 2. Lots of choices of foods and drinks all day. Music blaring all day, sometimes 2 playing at the same time, so not relaxing. Room nice, poor bedding or inadequate Spa staff very pushy and not really a great paint job to be honest. Allowed me a 2 pm check out, possibly as I had slipped over on a wet floor. Taxi arrangements are not good, wanted to charge me £30 to the airport! I walked up to the road and got one more than half that. Yellow cabs are great

We spent a wonderful week in this hotel. The staff was amazing, very kind and helpful in every situation. They offered a lot of services and events for adults and kids too. We really appreciated the show time every evening and the Turkish dinner two times. The hotel has a bus to take the guests to the beach but to be honest the private beach is really close so it was nice to take a walk.

Staff doesn’t speak English, even if you have a complaint they don’t understand you. There is no supervision in the cafeteria or around the pool area. The room cleaning is very sloppy, they even forgot to change the bedsheet. When you call for something they are not responsive. The food in the cafeteria is not the best and a lot of flies all over. The facility is not bad but the service is horrible for a five star hotel.

I am writing to share my recent experience during my stay at Wind Of Lara Hotel, which unfortunately did not meet my expectations. Firstly, I noticed that payments are only accepted in Euros, which could pose a challenge for American guests. Upon our arrival, we encountered a manager who was quite unprofessional and unwelcoming. It was apparent that tipping significantly influenced the level of service received; without it, we felt a distinct lack of respect. Additionally, the housekeeping standards were disappointing. We found that bathrooms were not cleaned adequately, and our pillowcases were not changed over the course of five days. Moreover, we were provided with only one key card for our room, regardless of the number of guests. The dining options were also underwhelming. We experienced a lack of variety, as the same meals were repeatedly served for both lunch and dinner. Given these issues, I regret to say that I would not recommend this hotel to fellow travelers, especially those from the U.S. Our seven-night stay turned out to be quite frustrating, and I feel it did not justify the price we paid. I hope improvements can be made for future guests.

Very bad!! wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

Really bad service and shocking management had money stolen the first day I arrived from the room while being in the pool. The management is really bad as every person that works there tries to charge u money for something that’s free by making up their own rules. Would never recommend someone to stay at this hotel as u will have to keep making sure you take all your stuff with you when leaving the room as other members of staff will come into your room while you not their. I booked it thinking it’s a five star hotel but not safe at all. Also all the staff is very rude with a very little understanding of English. The hotel charged me extra on the day of check out while the other manager had agreed and informed us the day before it was all sorted and just to drop the keys off. Would highly recommend to choose another hotel if you want to visit Antalya and enjoy your self instead of keep having to worry about your personal belongings. Was informed to keep stuff in the hotel save after money was stolen on the first day and couple of days later make up went missing from the safe so the staff definitely had a way into the safe also. So in simple words if you want to visit Antalya to enjoy your self book your self another hotel. As I would never be going back to this hotel!!
