Additionally, the daily breakfast and hotel-attached water park were impressive additions. The only notable dissatisfaction were the pillows, which were uncomfortably soft for my liking, Overall great hotel experience, and my family and I really enjoyed our stay.

Service was excellent. The girl working the front was kind, helpful and able to share knowledge of the area for us. She was very kind to my 13yo son when he called down to ask questions about the water park. Water park was a disappointment. It was overcrowded, not enough lifeguards. People were rude and it was not safe due to this. My son ended up having another child slide down a slide on to him and he scraped his arm up.

Our room is like a home away from home. We got what we needed, so clean, bed and pillows were so wonderful. I slept well during our stay. The food during breakfast are great. Great access to waterworks/ watiki. Overall very good stay. We will definitely come back in this hotel when in town.
