The hotel has very nice location very close to the beach in very calm area. Room was very clear and nice although the bed was a bit hard and not very comfy. The staff were super nice in general specifically the Gökhan the receptionist. He was very kind and super services oriented and gave us very useful tipe about the tourist attraction and good restaurants in the area. I would definitely come back again.

Resepsiyondaki Gökhan Bey, otel müdürü Saniye Hanım ve kat görevlileri güler yüzlü ve yardım severler. Otelin Plaja ve market/restoran/bankamatik/eczanelere yakınlığı çok iyi. Deniz 1 dk'dan az yürüme mesafesinde. Otelin/odalarının genel temizliği iyi, fakat nevresim ve çarşaf takımları sanırım fazla yıkanmaktan çok eskimiş/yıpranmış. Küçük bir mutfağı var ve yemeklerinizi isterseniz kendiniz hazırlayabilirsiniz. Odalar diğer otellere göre daha geniş. Yalnız klima salonda yok, sadece yatak odasında var, salondaki kapı kapanmadan yatak odasındaki klima çalışmıyor. Salonda ayrı bir klima olursa daha mantıklı olurdu. Sadece konaklama yapacaklar için ideal bir apart otel.

The location is excellent. It is 2 minutes from Cleopatra beach and 10 minutes to the bus terminal on foot. The room is so clean and well equipped. The view from the balcony was lovely. The staff is kind and respectful. If I want to recommend a beautiful apartment hotel to a friend, this hotel will be for sure.

We had the greatest stay at Kleopatra Tuna. The service at the hotel was great, the people polite, and the location was nothing but perfect. The beach is 100m outside the hoteldoor. A good supermarket is 5 minutes walk. 8 minutes with taxi in to the main sentre. Not noisy at night. The hotel, the place and the location is highly recommended from us. Low cost, giving you everything you need to relax and have a great time.
