Nice stay, building work still not completed so outside like a building site with things everywhere, very compact room, not bad for price, lovely bar and staff, breakfast very nice good selection

Elizabeth, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Amazing, helpful and friendly staff. Outside area needs cleaning on top of roof - this is not a used area but is overlooked by people with seaview. To the east side of the terrace.
Steve, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

Very nice hotel. Clean and refurbished, very spacious rooms and aircondition. Could use more staff, as service took a while. Prices were high for drinks and small menu. Would go back and looking forward to see when the rest of building is completed.
Megan, 3-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Building work was going on but we were aware of that before arriving. We didn’t like the QRcode ordering from the decking. Lacked the personal touch we found at a previous stay
Janice, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

Great stay at the property staff and everything was very good. issue with lift but that was mechanical and being addressed. Only issue I had was it’s a dog friendly hotel. I appreciate that Tenby is a haven for dog lovers and to have a hotel that can cater for them is a plus for them to get away. However they should have a section of their own away from the general public, this should be a priority for the hotel. If you want a quiet drink / meal you’re seated in the same areas as the owners with their dogs. To have them in same general areas of the bars and restaurant is simply not cool.
MARK, 2-night trip

6/10 Okay

Really confused about my stay here the refurb looks great I rember the old hotel it was very dated and I personally think they have done a good job room was a snug room but very good value for money for Tenby comfy bed comfortable pillows clean . Staff, This is Were the hotel falls apart no point in spending 3 million on a refurb if staff are rude and unhelpful arrived at the hotel around 10.30 am and made my way to the desk and said we had a reservation before I could get anothe
Gavin, 1-night trip

4/10 Poor

Check in was not ready at 3pm,the system to the find the room was bonkers and got lost whilst carrying luggage. Understand work is required to update the hotel but would be better out of peak season
Gareth, 3-night trip

6/10 Okay

There was renovation work going at the hotel, blocking sea views from your window. Men walking back and forth working. Not a bad hotel, staff were friendly and engaging. Had a few meals at the hotel due to weather conditions and it was really bland and tastless, i am a vegan and they really dont know how to cook vegan food. Unfortunately, I had an injury at the hotel and the management was quite rude, dismissive and unprofessional.
Amy, 4-night trip

6/10 Okay

I was pretty disappointed with this property given the ratings by other customers. Our TV was not working and despite raising this issue no effort was made to attend the room or address this issue. We also had to wait approx 15 minutes before Tracey was found to check us in and no effort was made to find another member to assist us. I’d look elsewhere in the future.
John, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

On arrival where greated by friendly staff, but unfortunately the lift was out of order which was not great as my husband had an injury to his leg and had to walk the stairs. Room itself was lovely and clean although we did have to phone for towels. We where really disappointed with the outdoor terrace. It was very dirty with lots of glasses and dirty plates left out even though it was not busy. Bar staff where very friendly and even though it was very quiet it took almost half an hour waiting for our drinks and table service was also slow waiting nearly 15 min just to be served. I understand that there is renovations going on but that side of it didnt bother us at all, it was mainly the very slow service.
Layla, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

You couldn't really go in the outside area became of the work man and the items on the floor. The safety box WASN'NT secured. No signs when leaving the lift to indicate where room 209 was. When it rained water would come through the toilet extractor fan. There was NO toilet brush to clean the toilet after use. There was a shampoo container in the shower but it was empty. There was a big gap under the room door. And God knows who picked the carpet!.Except for these facts the room was good.
