2/10 Poor

The hotel and its staff should be shut-down as it does not meet the hygiene or even appropriate living standards. They mention parking as free but charge £10 when you get there. Awful experience.

The worst hotel room I’ve ever had to stop in

The hotel was very dated and needs to be renovated Our room was shabby and the bathroom had a terrible smell

When arrived instantly got asked for £10 for parking when even though there isn’t a car park just parking on path outside front of hotel. Was clearly a care home previous and still smell like a care home. And top it off in the morning my Van was blocked in making me late for work!

Cheap hotel for London, nothing fancy but had everything we needed and comfy beds with easy parking 👍

2/10 Poor

I don't normally leave bad reviews, but feel I have to. I've stayed in many hotels and this has been the worst. As I checked in, I was greeted by an old, poorly permanent resident? As his door was open, the smell of ammonia filled the hotel. Contrary to the advert, parking is not free and didn't dare to enquire about the breakfast. After returning home, it seems I have been bitten from head to toe, due to the uncleanliness. I couldn't wait to leave, after having 2 hours sleep, with the most uncomfortable pillows and bed. This and the smell also, stopped me from taking any pictures, due to gagging and feeling very ill.

Another pleasant stay at Abbey Lodge

The hotel is inexpensive, clean and comfortable. It's located in a leafy part of Ealing near the common and not too far from the Ealing Broadway tube.

Do not book

It was not very clean despite making us wait additional time for the room. It did not look like the picture

8/10 Very good

Good value hotel. Comfortable with friendly staff

Abbey Lodge is a budget hotel that does everything it sets out to do. The staff were friendly; the room clean and adequate, if not spacious; the bed comfy; the en-suite clean and suitably equipped. Parking was a bonus. Good value and met my needs. Would stay again.
Peter, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Not a good place to go. I found dozens of tiny brown spots on my sheets and the whole room felt like it was falling apart. Not worth it at all
Joe, 6-night trip

Poor qualitiy vs price

Definitely not a place that we will stay again. Poor service, expensive for what it is in offer. Very dated place, needs a good makeover. For the same price it is possible to find something better
Miss m de, 1-night trip

it was okay overall. it was a little loud as I can hear the people from other rooms. but is accessible and the area is safe.
Maricher, 3-night trip

2/10 Poor

This accommodation is unsafe and l definitely will not use or recommend. From the gaseous smell of urine in the room, to the open wires from the TV, to the bricklike pillows and dreadful shouting inside the building at 1-2 am.
Colette, 2-night trip

Very dirty room; no toiletries present.

Full of bee bugs - you will itch like never before

Absolutely filthy and bed bugs infested bed never experienced anything like this before - should have read the reviews

Cheap and cheerful. You get what you pay for. Felt like a hostel. In a converted house. Felt safe. Near enough to small shops and a Wetherspoons. Thank you!
