El hotel está. Viejo el estacionamiento está espantoso da como ansiedad todo el ruido y la suciedad que hay en el sótano uno y dos. Debrian advertir a los huéspedes que las regaderas tienen hongos para no reservar. Las habitaciones tienen bloqueados los aires acondicionados a 20 grados para que no lo dejes encendido por la noche y si lo apagas no se puede dormir por el calor y si lo prendes no se puede dormir del frío, esta práctica ya es usada en varios hoteles. No lo recomendaría y no volvería a quedarme nunca

The hotel and staff were very good. However, our room didnt have a refrigerator. We bought cheese and biscuits for our two night stay. Any hotel such as this should have a refrigerator in all rooms. We also were disturbed by the cleaner on both mornings (knocked and opened the door). Shame as otherwise it would have been a good experience.

Beds were comfortable and service was good. But the bathrooms need some deep cleaning. Their was mold on the grouts and hair on the shower walls. That tells me the bathroom did not get a deep clean. A bathroom and room should always get a deep.

The staff are not friendly, no smiles when you have questions at the reception. The lobby floors dirty, seats are have lots of stains, elevators are dirty, mezzanine is very smelly, hallways to my room are dirty and lots of stains. Restaurant staff are not friendly. The hotel has a Starbucks but hardly have anything, no cups, no soy milk and they literally told me to go to another Starbucks. I say this hotel overall 3 stars, maybe 2.

Disappointing Pattern Despite a Great Location I’ve stayed at this hotel twice, and while I initially had a generally positive impression—thanks to its great location and overall comfort—both stays were disrupted in the exact same way, which unfortunately changes my overall recommendation. During my first visit, everything went smoothly until the last few nights, when a large group of teenagers arrived. They were yelling, playing with a ball in the hallways, and running through the corridors late at night. Resting became nearly impossible. I reported the issue to the front desk, but nothing was done to address the situation. Despite this, I decided to give the hotel another try, thinking it was just a one-time inconvenience. Unfortunately, the same thing happened again. During my second stay, another large group—apparently a youth soccer team—checked in (at least two buses), and once again the noise levels were completely disruptive. The exact same scenario unfolded: loud noise, running in the hallways, and no resolution from hotel staff. At this point, it seems this is not a one-off issue but a recurring pattern, likely due to the hotel regularly hosting youth sports teams. If you’re looking for a place to truly rest, this may not be the right choice. It’s disappointing to write this, because I genuinely liked the hotel and its location. But I wish someone had warned me—so I’m writing this in case it helps future guests set expectations.
