In the several times I have stayed here, I have encountered the same issue on three occasions—the long table mounted on the wall was noticeably slanted. It’s unfortunate that the facilities prevent a perfect rating, especially considering how hard the staff are working.

II always stay at this hotel when I visit the Philippines for business, as the staff provides excellent service and it's conveniently located near my workplace in the heart of Ortigas. However, one ongoing issue is the wall-mounted table, which is noticeably slanted—this is the third time I’ve encountered this problem. I sincerely hope the management considers improving the facility, as the quality of the staff deserves to be matched by the environment.
