Horrible!!! Je deconseille vivement cet hotel et surtout la chambre 1002! La chambre est obsolète, pas de frigo, le coffre ne fonctionne pas, la salle de bains est extremement sale!!!! Tellement sale que des moucherons sont presents dans les coins ainsi que de la moisissure! Pour la sante de vous et vos proche je vous deconseille.

Durante minha recente hospedagem neste hotel, enfrentei transtornos significativos que comprometeram a experiência esperada. O ar-condicionado do quarto não estava funcionando corretamente, operando apenas na função “ventilar”, o que prejudicou o conforto térmico durante toda a estadia. Além disso, dois dos três elevadores do hotel apresentavam defeitos: um deles com o botão referente ao 6º andar inoperante e o outro fora de funcionamento. Como estávamos hospedadas justamente no 6º andar, a situação gerou sérios inconvenientes, principalmente em razão da lotação do hotel no período, restando-nos apenas um elevador em correto funcionamento para atender a todos os hóspedes.

Fiquei extremamente insatisfeita nessa hospedagem, sempre que estou no Rio, ao menos um final de semana vou p la e fico no hotel, portanto, dessa vez o quarto estava muito sujo com teias de aranha, poeira e mofo, banheiro com box bem sujo! Inclusive relatei tudo isso ao sair, espero que seja feito a limpeza adequada diariamente! É um quarto muito confortável e com bom custo benefício, porem, essa estadia me decepcionou!
