Achei um pouco desorganizado no checkin, havia espera e pessoas que chegaram depois foram atendidas antes e somente depois de algum tempo organizaram uma fila. Tb os quartos nao tem frigobar e, para um estabelecimento que se diz 4 estrelas pela apresentacao de busca no google maps deixa a desejar.

A estrutura do hotel em si é boa, o café da manhã também é bom. Mas no quesito limpeza deixou muito a desejar. As coisas estavam sujas, quarto empoeirado. Sabonete sujos em cima da pia. Ainda tinha embalagem aberta de hóspedes anteriores no banheiro. A cortina também toda manchada, parede perto da cortina toda mofada. Parece que só tiraram o lixo da lixeira e trocaram as toalhas.

Razoável, as acomodações não possuem frigobar a opção que deram foi "isopor com gelo" mas nossa finalidade era para medicamento, então tivemos problema com armazenamento, outro ponto a melhorar são os travesseiros, tem um cheiro horrível e recusaram a troca, não usei! Demais serviços ok!

O Hotel está localizado na área central da cidade, próximo aos Arcos da Lapa. Café da manhã bom, boa varidade. Os quartos com cama grande. Falta frigobar, a televisão só possui canal de Tv aberta, falta opção de canal com filmes. Acesso a Internet e livre.
