Excellent hotel, met all my family's expectations. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were a good size for a family four. Conviently located right above a supermarket with a large shopping mall within right across the street. I really liked the easy access to the subway.

Great stay in a nice neighborhood with easy access to shopping, public transport, good restaurants and an amazing supermarket. Service was great too. Only reason I give 4 stars and not 5 is the breakfast. It was decent for a Japanese hotel. I have had much better breakfast in similar hotels in Japan.

We’re in Tokyo for a few days. The check in was fairly quick with adequate English support. Our stay at the hotel was overall relaxing and pleasant, hopefully they keep up the good conditioning unlike some where the rooms age out. Staff are professional one lady even helped us with nail salons info.

The location of the property is just amazing, its right opposite to Tokyo Skytree & Solamachi mall. There is the oshiage train station next to the mall. Its close to Asakusa area & many more spots. The comfort room we stayed was spacious to open 3 23ltr travel suitcase at the same time & still walk around the room with ample space
