great location to downtown for walking, has lots of parking and next to Wolfburg castle and parks. Have to be OK with self check in after two.

We get what we pay for. The hotel has seen better days. But was in a good working condition. Very good parking. The key boxes gave not only me a bit of a challenge. Two other guests arriving around the same time as me also had a bit of a challenge to figure thing out.

Depending on the location of the room, WIFI may be very weak. My room was not connected until the end. In the lobby, the connection was normal.

Man fühlt sich sehr einsam in dem Hotel. Leider haben wir Getränke vergessen und wollten diese noch im Hotel dann holen, sowas gibt es ja üblicherweise in einem Hotel. Bei der Buchung haben wir auch in der Beschreibung gelesen, dass dort ein Restaurant vorhanden ist. Leider war dies nicht der Fall. Das Restaurant ist seit Ewigkeiten geschlossen. Man hat keine Menschenseele gesehen. Selbst der Checkin verlief kontaktlos. Wir haben uns mehr Personal gewünscht und auch wenigstens einen Getränke oder Snackautomaten. Es gibt aber auch etwas positives. Die Suite war sehr groß. Wir hatten mit unseren Kindern genug Platz. Sauber war es auch. Wir würden es allerdings nicht nochmal buchen.

Ich würde nie wieder dieses Hotel . Ich hatte kein Strom im Zimmer die hatten ein Verlängerung Kabel ins Zimmer gelegt und dort war ein Nacht Tisch Lampe und ein Fernsehen angeschlossen. Ich hatte in Süd Afrika ein besseres Zimmer. Armselig

l'unico disagio è stato più da parte di hotels.com in quanto nella documentazione non c'era alcun avviso del check in autonomia, bensì c'era scritto: " la reception è aperta tutti i giorni dalle 7 alle 22"

Keiner vor Ort. Keinen Schlüsselcode vorab erhalten. Telnummern an der Tür stimmten nicht/keinen erreicht. Kein W-LAN/ Info. Verwohntes Zimmer. Sehr benutzte einfache Möbel. Tapeten ungepflegt/ aufgeschwemmt. Etwas Schimmel im Bad/ Fugen.

Da es mein 4. Aufenthalt im Alten Wolf seit 2018 war kann ich Preise und Leistung gut einschätzen. Bei den letzten Aufenthalten war immerhin noch das Frühstück inklusive und es gab eine Rezeption mit Menschen. Inzwischen erfolgt das Ein- und Auschecken vollständig ohne Personal. Den erforderlichen Code für den Schlüsselautomaten hatte mir Expedia nicht zugestellt, so dass ich diesen nur über einen Anruf erhalten habe. Die Zimmer sind wie schon seit Jahren sehr verwohnt, daher ist der Preis ohne verfügbares Frühstück deutlich zu hoch. Die Fugen in der undichten Duschwanne müssen dringend von Schimmel befreit werden. Positiv ist immerhin das kostenfreie Parken auf dem Gelände.

Receptionen var stängd när vi kom klockan 21.45, trots att den enligt sms/e-mail skulle vara öppen till klockan 22.00. Inga tydliga instruktioner om hur man skulle komma in på hotellet och få nyckel. Är man inte tyskspråkig är det lätt att ge upp. När vi väl fått nyckel via en kod vid den låsta entrédörren var det svårt att hitta hotellrummet eftersom rummen är ologiskt och bristfälligt numrerat. Rummet hade en gammal och smutsig heltäckningsmatta och rummet var ofräscht.

Sehr günstig und überaus in die Jahre gekommen. Zwei Zimmer gebucht, nur ein Schlüssel im Schlüsselsafe hinterlegt. Das konnte gelöst werden innerhalb von ca. 20 Minuten - dennoch ärgerlich. Lage am Park jedoch ist herrlich.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen - eventuelle Modernisierungen sind nicht fachgerecht ausgeführt worden. Das ganze Gebäude ist sanierungsbedürftig. Wir werden diese Unterkunft nicht wieder buchen.
