Our family of four had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and special thanks to Oanh, Loc, Danh, and Quan for their exceptional hospitality. Everyone we met (including the cleaning team) was warm and accommodating. We appreciated the convenience of having our luggage stored after checkout, which allowed us to explore freely. When something broke in our room, the staff responded within minutes, showing their commitment to great service. The hotel's central location made it easy to enjoy everything nearby, and the free shuttle service to main attractions was a huge help in making our sightseeing effortless. We’d definitely return!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, with a delicious Vietnamese restaurant nearby, adding to the convenience. The area is not overly busy, which means the traffic is manageable, and it's very quiet, especially late at night. The breakfast selection is simple but delicious, and I really enjoyed it each morning. It’s also family-friendly, as there were many families staying during my visit, which made the atmosphere warm and welcoming. During my stay, I was able to use the laundry facilities, which was very convenient. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade, and the reception was kind enough to accommodate my request for a one-hour late checkout. Overall, I had a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel. I definitely plan on returning in the future.
