The location is excellent, near the water and steps away from shops and restaurants. We were lucky to be upgraded to a suite, which included a full kitchen. I would like to stay more than one night next time. Oh, and free downtown parking!

We had a wonderful stay at The Old Colorado Inn during our visit to Stuart for a show at The Lyric Theater. Steven was very helpful and informative upon check in. The room was very welcoming and comfortable. This was our second stay and look forward to returning whenever we are in Stuart.

Our first stay at this historic little gem, but it won't be our last! Front door equipped with programmable locks that allow guests to come and go as they please. Easy parking. Just a few steps to restaurants, shopping, bakery, etc. Quiet and clean. Room #10 was equipped with microwave, coffee maker, electric stove, sink, full size fridge, and TV. Nicely renovated bathroom. Comfy bed and linens.
