The rooms in the new building are very spacious. The continental breakfast is sufficient. The property advertises that rooms are sound proof, absolutely not, we overheard a couple way down the hall having an intimate moment. The cleaning staff and the staff refilling breakfast were very kind, same with the staff at front desk. Overall we were satisfied.

This is the first time we have stayed at Ramada and we were pleased to find our room so cool with the air conditioning before we arrived. It was just an extra step that made us comfortable on such a hot day. I do not know the names of the two women who served us at the Office, but they were brilliant on June 28 at approximately 6 PM. Thank you very much. we will certainly stay here again and I can see why you have an 8.8 rating on Expedia.

Overall, the hotel was good for what we needed, which was simply a place to sleep. In terms of the positives, it was clean, the staff were nice and pleasant to deal with, and the continental breakfast was good. The only negatives were the condition of the room itself, including the following: the door to the room was really hard to open and close, the electrical plug beside the bed didn't work (I woke up in the morning and found my phone not charged), the lights were really confusing to switch on and off, and the bath towels were quite small. However, it was a decent stay (despite the price being so high because of F1 weekend in Montreal).

First thing we did when we entered the room is open the fridge to put our food but there was already old rotten sushi from the previous clients. Then we tried the beds they were like if you were sleeping on concrete and the pillows forget about it I dont even understand how they can make their clients sleep with these pillows. Then then shower were so low on pressure and we had hot water for a bit then it was cold water for the rest of the shower so yea i would not recomend but the staff were excellent nothing against you guys thank you.

The room I was placed in was not even close to the likeness of the one advertising, subscribed and payed for. The room was old and falling apart and the bed frame was made out of 2x4s. There was also and obvious privacy concern where the available blinds were not obstructing site from inside to outside at all. Additionally the wallpaper was falling off. After making complaints the staff was nice and provided accommodations into a much larger room that sadly was also aged but usable, there ware 2 missing light bulbs and 1 was broken and the hair fan plastic frame was cracked.

Embarrassing.

I go to Montreal every week for the kqst 4 years .i thought motel sainte eustache ks the worst experience for me.but i was wrong. I stayed there 4 times in total. Management changed but it looks like things are getting worst. Price is getting higher. On top of that they take 200 security deposit. Thats way too expensive compared to conditions of rooms . Also their breakfast is at 7 am .i beber take breakfast anyway because i keave the hotel at 5 or 6 am .but 7 am is too late for thise who work .they have good rooms but thos are saved for others . New Management. You need to wake up before you lose it all . Nice and good location. And convenient. But they offer terrible services. I am not here complaining abiut workers or the ladies at the front desk. Havent seen anything bad from them .

Hi! There were hair in our bed, the blinds were broken which gave us no privacy and outdoor light was coming in. No sink soap was available, the toilet paper older was broken, the air conditioning was noisy and pushing air stright in my face while I was sleeping. I had to shut it down therefore the room came to be quite hot. The hotel address led us at a golf store at 11h45 am. The staff was nice and were also aware of the wrong location, they kindly gave us proper directions. Furthermore, I paid twice the amount, identified on their website ($150), for the same room. I do not recommend and would rather sleep in my car next time. Regards, Chris
