Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Check in was easy and they let us check in early. Parking was $20 (choice between back outside lot or parking garage) and worth it to know I had a spot. There’s also street parking if spots are available. It’s only $1/hr from 8-5 with all other times and weekends being free. The only suggestions I have are to fix the bathroom faucet which was wobbly and crooked and get fitted sheets that actually fit the bed and don’t slip off in the middle of the night.

Check in person-can’t remember his name , but he was very friendly helped me out with my luggage. The lady who checked me out was even more helpful and very friendly shared conversation with me while I got breakfast and got ready to head home. I truly enjoyed my time there and would recommend the hotel again.

Awesome stay

The young man at front desk was amazing. He knew my adult daughter and I were alone and when we went out to smoke he kept a close eye on us to make sure we were not bothered. He answered all questions with a smile. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. The young woman at the desk the next morning was very friendly. I definitely will stay there again. I really liked the fact that you can't get to other floors in elevator without room key. And they lock the front door at 8 pm and key card opens it also.

The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was clean and it was quiet. There were two issues I had… 1. The signal and WiFi in the building was horrible. I could not send pictures, my text messages wouldn’t deliver. 2. The main bathroom sink stopper was all the way down and would not come up. I called and they said they would send someone up, but they must have had an emergency as they did not show. Luckily we were only there one night, so we didn’t make a huge deal about it. Overall, our stay was good but definitely not great especially at the price we paid.

Great location. Looks as though all common areas are updated, however rooms have not been and show years of wear and tear...bedding horrible, tv not working, ac not cooling.....I would elect to stay elsewhere in the area in the future

Being SO close to the BOK, and being able to park in the hotel parking lot, was definitely a bonus! Breakfast was great as well! I’ll stay here from now on for any shows at that venue!

Tulsa Stay

Desk Staff was great, room was clean and just fine. Typical breakfast fare, they change for parking which is a bummer in a city which is a ghost town. They do off a food discount at the local sports bar next door.
